Office

Justin ~ Owner

Justin purchased Bakkegard & Schell in 2009. He continues to provide heating and refrigeration services to Valley City and the surrounding area.

Debby ~ Office Manager and Servie Manager

Debby joined us in the fall of 2013, and brought with her years of office experience. She has lived in Valley City for 47 years so is a familiar face to many.

Brandi ~ Warranty and Account Specialist

Brandi has become our warranty expert and we aren't sure what we would do without her. She fills in when Debby is out of the Office and is a jack of all trades.

Installation Department

Shannon

Started working at Bakkegard & Schell in September of 2016 and brings with him a wealth of HVAC experience. We are lucky to have him on board and know he will do well.

CJ

Comes to us from Oklahoma and is new to HVAC but learning the ropes quickly. He works well at any job we throw his way. He will be a huge asset once he learns all he needs to know.

Braxton

Is a Jamestown native that attended HVAC school out in Bismarck. He is learning quickly and will be a huge asset to our company.

Service Department

Sean

Sean has been working with us since April 2015. His mechanical aptitude is an essential skill in this business and his pleasant personality is a real shining point.

Alex

Alex came to us in 2019 from Colorado where he had been working for an HVAC company. We are finding him adapting quickly to the work thrown his way and he has great ideas he learned while working in another state. We look forward to seeing him soar as he continues learning the North Dakota way. Welcome aboard Alex.

Cameron

Cameron also came to us from Colorado and is quickly learning the ropes. As time goes on we see that he is going to be someone good with people and the mechanical side. Love them Colorado boys.
